Mark Twain always had something (usually clever) to say. When told his best friend, Henry, had died suddenly in 1909, words failed him:

“This is terrible…I cannot talk about it.”

It’s just nice to know that Twain not only wrote of friendship like Tom and Huck’s. He got to live it. :)
